1. About the platform

PropyFy is an online platform where real estate developers publish project listings and property seekers discover projects, compare details and submit enquiries. PropyFy is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a developer, and does not itself sell, construct or broker properties unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Listing information

Project details — including prices, areas, configurations, amenities, possession timelines, images and RERA numbers — are provided by the listing developer. While listings are published from verified developer accounts, PropyFy does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of developer-supplied information.

Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice. Users must independently verify all project details, including RERA registration on the relevant state portal, approvals, title and specifications, before making any booking or payment.

3. Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry on a project listing, you consent to your submitted details (name, phone number, and optionally email, budget and configuration preferences) being shared with the developer of that project so they can contact you about it.

General advisory enquiries submitted through the contact page are used by the PropyFy team to respond to your request. By submitting a phone number you consent to being contacted by call or message regarding your enquiry.

4. Developer accounts

Developer accounts are authenticated by phone OTP. Developers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings they publish, including holding valid RERA registrations where required, using images they have rights to, and honouring the pricing and specifications they advertise.

PropyFy may unpublish or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or in breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape or bulk-extract platform data, submit false enquiries, misuse other users’ contact information, attempt to bypass platform security, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The PropyFy name, logo, platform design and original content belong to PropyFy. Project images and brochures belong to their respective developers. You may not reproduce platform content for commercial use without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropyFy is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information, dealings between buyers and developers, project delays or cancellations, or temporary unavailability of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, write to support@propyfy.co.
